 For more than 20 years our office has been an agent for Old Republic Title Insurance Company. As a direct agent for Old Republic, we are able to write title commitments and policies in our office. This ensures you a much faster and more accurate processing for your closing.  

 All title searches are performed in house by our experienced staff. This provides faster turn around time to your lender. In general, once a request for services has been received from our client or their lender, we complete the title search within 48 hours. 

Our firm is well-versed and fully compliant with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's (CFPB'S) TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) Rules and Regulations. We have implemented ALTA's Best Practices and our policies and procedures are available upon request.  

For more than 25 years, this office has been continually insured for errors and omissions in the amount of one million dollars.
